One of our most loved beers, this light Belgian Saison is good for any occasion. It was previously religated to the summer months due to the silly-high fermentation temperatures, but we found a way around that to offer it year-round.

This beer is a labor of love and commitment. The staggering amount of hand cracked pecans from our own trees makes this one of the more challenging beers to make. It's sure to give you a thick tan mustache.

I always love me some Dünklel. This is no exception. Still refining the malty balance and banana on this one, but it's always enjoyable.

Inspired by my first fantastic Black IPA slap in the taste buds delivered by Santa Fe Brewing Company, and at least one Mel Brooks movie from the year 1987, this beer was a soft success. Working on the hop profile and malt balance. High hopes (hops? Yes, but also hopes).

When the mighty pecan trees towering over your house decide to not to birth their fruit upon your front yard, you must go in search of another of nature's favorite fruity delights. When that happens, you buy several of those pie pumpkins from Trader Joe's along with a few of the canned version and a medly of spices. Beer finds a way. This one was nice. So nice.

Oh, shit. Oh, shit! Nutmeg. NUTMEG! Dont use the whole bottle! Don't do it! Oh, the holiday aroma, but oh, the taste...oh, the gut-punch of disproportionate spice. Better luck next time, better choices.
