User field.    After adding annotation to a record, you probably want to keep it around!   To do this, set the User flag of the record to True (T).  Now, as long as the Update/Erase option is set to Update, the record will not be erased.  If a new set of documentation is run, both the user record, and the new record will be shown.  For more details, see the help file under Options.
